They scammed a friend of mine 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 BE CAREFUL, IT'S A SCAM! I have been scammed by this company. They accepted my budget and search criteria so easily. I’ve Pay for the first part and then they began to make constant changes in the search. In addition, the person who worked in this looking for the apartment SIMONA MAZZINI had vacations 3 times in two months, did not want to make a video call to be able to talk about the search and had RACIST AND HOMOFOBIC attitudes. After these two months of "search" Simona arbitrarily decides to terminate the contract. This means that I was FORCED to pay the rest of the contract since it has abusive and illegal clauses where it says that the agency can terminate your contract when they want and forcing you to pay. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP!

Awesome service! My agent first found me a lovely temporary residence, so I could get to know Berlin and check out, where I want my long term residence to be. She listened to my wishes and found a nice flat that fulfilled my needs- I am super happy with where I am now! If II had any questions or concerns, she was quick to reply and on top of that very pleasant to talk to. She also helped me out a lot with the formalities of moving to Berlin, for example, finding a moving company to relocate my personal belongings and register me at the Bürgeramt.
